Villa SeaEsta is located on the third floor of the Flats on Avenida la Antigua in the heart of a Costa Rican beach town. It is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach, hiking and biking trails. There are two common areas in the Flats: Gather and grill in the barbeque area or experience a stunning sunset under the pergola on the upper deck, located a few steps outside the front door. Each common area has its own bathroom for convenience. The Flats offers an affordable alternative to renting a single family home, while still providing you with amazing amenities, outstanding service, security, and luxuries.

At Las Catalinas you will be truly pampered! Before you even arrive, our Concierge Service can assist you in coordinating a variety of activities for your trip, including transportation from the airport, car rentals, spa treatments, and tours.
