Casita Estrella is a special place where adults can relax, children can dream, and everyone can play. Designed by Xyanna Bateau, the décor is both stylish and comfortable. Using a marine life theme throughout the unit, Xyanna has chosen to reflect the owner's love of nature, where he encountered a stunning, blue starfish while snorkeling in the bay. He was so moved by its beauty and Xyanna so inspired by his story that, she hired renowned Costa Rican artist Carlos Hiller to create a one-of-a-kind sculpture for the living area. Set like a jewel in the ceiling above, this 'star-light' will brighten all your memories-in-the-making.
A generous, open floor plan features two bedrooms, each with a private bath, along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room where friends and families can celebrate good times together. In the mornings, you can enjoy coffee on the terrace that overlooks the picturesque gardens of Las Catalinas. Here, you can read, reflect, and plan your day's activities. Or you may decide to do nothing at all and allow your soul to rest in the lush, tropical beauty of the region.
The master suite offers a king sized bed, while a second bedroom features twin beds and can easily accommodate a third cot. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into a single, king-sized bed. Additional amenities include a TV in every room, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and in the common area, there is a BBQ for larger groups. A separate patio at the top of the building affords breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean and sunset vista that are simply unforgettable.
Casita Estrella is centrally located in the heart of Las Catalinas, which includes The Greenhouse, a full-service restaurant and bar, along with Pura Vida Ride, a rental facility where you can access paddle boards, mountain bikes, kayaks, snorkeling gear, as well as, caps, T-shirts, beachwear and sundries. There's a yoga center and also a cappuccino bar, known for its morning muffins.
All our guests will enjoy our signature House Mom service and 24-hour security. Upon request, your House Mom will prepare breakfast for you each morning and for a special dinner at home, we can supply a Gourmet Chef, who will cook for you and your guests. During the day, your House Mom will clean the house while you and your guests take full advantage of Costa Rica's outdoor splendor. To help with that, our Concierge service will guide you in planning every detail of your vacation, from airport transportation to area tours, hiking trails, fishing excursions, and more.
