The Houses of Punta Penca

Paseo Punta Penca is a beautiful street in Las Catalinas, close to the center of town but with a bit of seclusion.  All the lots have spectacular ocean views.  It was our second phase at Las Catalinas, and here we have sold lots rather than turnkey homes.   Our vision for Paseo Punta Penca is a place of larger estate homes with panoramic views and a looser relationship to the street than we have in the center of Beach Town.  On the downhill side of the streets we envision garden walls, hedges, cool entry courts, and houses where the primary living levels are mainly below street level.  On the uphill side we envision landscaped terraces and stairs ascending to front doors.  It has been exciting to imagine the street with homes completed and to think of how that will contribute to our town.

We recommended a select group of architects for lot owners to choose from, and offered to manage the design process.  To our delight the first designs are starting to come back, and are quite spectacular.   A street of classically designed homes by such names as Robert Orr, Ricardo Arosemena, Abraham Valenzuela and Michael Imber is on the way, and is very exciting indeed!  We have eighteen owners now in Punta Penca, each directing their own designs and making plans for construction.   It will truly be a spectacular collection of architecture, a street I certainly will enjoy walking soon!  I hope you enjoy these images of some of the designs in progress.

Recently, a second and final group of Paseo Punta Penca home sites were released.  These are located where Paseo Punta Penca passes through the top of our upcoming neighborhood around the Beach Club.  We have just five of these lots remaining.   Please contact our sales staff if you would like to learn more.
