We are getting ready to build our first community pool and beach club. We have reserved a prime spot just across the ravine south of our existing buildings, on top of a small bluff overlooking the beach, with great sunset views and easy access down to the beach.
Once again this year we have a group of fifth year architecture students from the Notre Dame School of Architecture doing their studio projects on Las Catalinas. The first thing we have them focused on is the beach club. The program we have given them includes:
