24 Avenida la Antigua is a beautiful two bedroom Flat located just steps away from the Beach! Convenient entrance at grade makes the property feel much more like a private single-story home. This flat is located in the ground floor only steps away from the Ocean with a beautiful terrace in the main entrance.

This unit has a master suite with a King bed and a private bathroom and a Guest Bedroom with two single beds.

The living room is very cozy with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a gathering with family and friends.

We offer as well daily maid service as well as 24hr private security. Our Concierge Service will help you plan your exciting vacation prior to your arrival; they will coordinate your transportation from the airport as well as help you organize any other service like car rental, spa treatments and tour reservations; we make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. For those nights you want to have a special dinner we are able to coordinate a Gourmet Chef.

We also have trails for hiking or Mountain Bike and a great restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything in Las Catalinas is located within walking distance! It is a town like no other.
