My expectations for the Flats at Avenida la Antigua were high. But now that they are finished, I have to say the reality is even way better than what I had dared imagine. I think I can safely say that pretty much all concerned are quite thrilled. My great thanks to everyone involved. I'll not name the names here tonight because I don't want to leave anyone out. But you know who you are: our planners, architects, engineers, construction managers, laborers, woodworkers, ironworkers, masons, salespeople, accountants, landscapers, interior designers, hospitality workers, everybody who makes our company go, and most especially our new owners.
