This home is beautifully decorated with unique details accentuating each area of the house for a fresh and light ambiance. The modern gourmet kitchen has an open floor plan with beautiful ocean views and a multipurpose layout. The dining table is extendable for family reunions or gathering with friends. It also has terrace with additional sitting for a BBQ or to simply enjoy the ocean breeze. The kitchen opens up to the living room with views to the ocean and the beautiful mountains, the sofa is multipurpose and can be arranged as a King Bed with folding doors for privacy. The Master Bedroom has a King bed with an airy feel on the top floor of the house with amazing Ocean Views. This bedroom has an adjoining roof top terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or simply relax while you watch the sunset. The Guest Bedroom located on the second level has a bunk bed with a full size bed and a single bed on top suitable for both children and adults. The private terrace has partial ocean views as well as views to Las Catalinas Town. The ground level Guest Bedroom has an additional private entry with a Queen Bed. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, AC and ceiling fans.
