I'm thrilled to announce that proprietors Israel Sabate and Tanya Casey will be opening a new restaurant, The Green House at Las Catalinas, on June 1. The Green House (formerly known as Casa Verde) has been a beloved establishment in Liberia for five years. We are so happy that they will be opening their second location here on the beach at Las Catalinas!
The Green House at Las Catalinas will offer an international fusion menu perfect for the beach. It will feature some great local favorites, a fun menu for kids, plenty of healthy options, and desserts. Don't forget dessert - theirs are great!
The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm serving breakfast, lunch, and a great sunset bocas menu. Dinner service will initially be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until 10:00, and every night in season. There will be daily specials, a great Sunday brunch, and evenings with live music.
