We have a cool new click-able map up on our [Punta Penca Homesites page](http://blog.lascatalinascr.com/punta-penca-homesites/) courtesy of Jim Hodgson.   Check it out.   We have several customers in conversation about these lots and are making a major push to have a critical mass of   them sold so that we can begin construction on the new street there as soon as our permits are available, which should be very early in the new year.   If you are interested in   talking to us about a Punta Penca lot and are not in conversation with us yet, let us know right away.   We do have special incentives in place for our first Punta Penca buyers.
