The owners of 20 Calle la Ronda spent the first night in their new home at Las Catalinas this week. They arrived prior to their belongings, anxious to begin the installation process but largely unaware of the extent of the help they would receive. Together with the Las Catalinas Property Management and construction team, we unpacked boxes, placed furniture, hung art, washed linens and prepared the appliances for their first use. It was a team effort, and by the end of the day the family was surprised to be able to put away the tool box and simply enjoy their new home.
Everything went extremely well. The team there helped with everything from unloading the trucks to unpacking boxes, installing curtains and repairing our bed. It was by far our most efficient move ever. - Keith
20 Calle la Ronda frames the area around the beautiful Plaza Escondida. At Las Catalinas, not all of our homes are oceanfront. But as you can see from the sunset they were able to enjoy the first night in their home, each house has a spectacular view.
