This three bedroom three and a half bathroom penthouse is able to fit a small family of six or three couples traveling together. With the large windows and multiple balconies you won't be able to miss our beautiful sunsets!

This penthouse is full of Natural Light with a décor that follows the classic lines of the architecture at Plaza Central. You will arrive at an elegant atmosphere worthy of penthouse views. The interior color is inspired by the ocean's softness, which provides a relaxed and cooling effect matched with layers of ambience lighting that follow panoramic sunsets.  The art is reinterpreted photography snapshots of the surrounding nature at Las Catalinas handpicked by the owners to portray their love for nature and Las Catalinas.

This beautiful Penthouse has an inviting and beautiful decorated living room with astonishing views and a 48 TV for a family gathering. Adjacent to the living room you will find the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops.

The dining room also enjoys great views! You can enjoy any meal of the day while soaking up the colors of the sea.

The master bedroom has Amazing Views with the floor to ceiling windows. This bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom, AC, ceiling fans and a private terrace with the perfect location for an early morning coffee or a cocktail during sunset.

One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed and two private balconies while the other guest bedroom with a queen bed enjoys the views of our beautiful mountains. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom as well as A/C and ceiling fans.

This apartment is the perfect unit to relax in while enjoying our   House Mom  that prepares breakfast every morning, fresh fruit juices, smoothies and salsas during the day as well as daily cleaning.  The beach, our new Beach Club, and Limonada Restaurant are seconds away.  Hiking and biking trails are voluminous, and Pura Vida Ride Shop rents paddle boards, snorkel equipment and kayaks on-site. Our attentive concierge staff will be happy to arrange transportation from the airport, purchase your groceries, plan off-site boating and other activities, and coordinate an on-site private chef dinner or spa services.
